1.About these terms
These Terms of Service (βTermsβ) are an agreement between you and crispybebekseo (ABN 39 899 614 993), of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (βCrispy Bebek SEOβ, βweβ, βusβ, βourβ). They cover your use of crispybebekseo.com, the Crispy Bebek SEO platform, and the snippets you can add to your websites (together, the βServiceβ).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business or organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for it, and βyouβ includes that business.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and forms part of these Terms.
2.Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account. The Service is a business tool.
- Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you.
- Keep your password secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us straight away at hello@crispybebekseo.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
3.Plans and billing
- Free plan. The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Its features and limits are shown on our pricing page.
- Paid plans and add-ons are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance. They renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout, along with any GST, VAT or sales tax that applies to you.
- Usage limits. Each plan includes the features and usage limits shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you'd like.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment can't be collected, your account moves to the free plan when your paid period ends (see section 4 for what happens to your data).
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payments and handles returns. When you buy, Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
4.Cancelling
- You can cancel a paid plan or add-on at any time from Settings. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
- After you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Then your account moves to the free plan.
- When your account moves to the free plan, anything above the free plan's limits is locked β your oldest tracked keywords and connected sites beyond the free allowance. If you subscribe again within 30 days, they're unlocked. After 30 days, locked items are permanently deleted.
- Deleting your account doesn't cancel a paid subscription on its own. Cancel your subscription in Settings first, then delete your account.
5.Refund policy β 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be sure Crispy Bebek SEO is right for you. If you're not happy, you can get a full refund of your first payment, as long as you ask within 14 days of making it. You don't have to give a reason.
- How to ask: email hello@crispybebekseo.com from your account's email address, or contact Paddle through paddle.net using the details on your receipt.
- How you're refunded: Paddle refunds the payment to your original payment method. When your first payment is refunded, your subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the free plan.
- Later payments: the money-back guarantee covers your first payment. Renewal payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree to it β but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments.
Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you (see section 14).
6.Connecting your websites
- Only connect what you're allowed to. Only connect websites, WordPress accounts and Google accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. If you connect one for a client or employer, you confirm you have their permission.
- What you allow us to do. When you connect a site, you authorise us to access it through the application password or snippet you provide, to read it for the features you use (such as site audits, rank tracking and connection checks), and to make the changes you tell us to make.
- You decide what's published. Changes you push from the dashboard go live on your website. Please review them first. You're responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your own backups of your website.
- Our snippets. Our WordPress snippet makes Crispy Bebek the source of your pages' SEO tags. It turns off other SEO plugins' tag output on your live pages and, on pages where you've set SEO details in Crispy Bebek, removes duplicate tags your theme or other plugins add. Your other plugins' settings aren't changed, and removing the snippet returns your site to how it worked before. Add our snippet for other websites only to public pages, not pages that show visitors' personal information.
- You can disconnect at any time by removing the site in Crispy Bebek, revoking the application password in WordPress, or removing the snippet.
- Compatibility. Some hosts and platforms block the API access or code our connections need, so we can't guarantee that every website can connect.
7.Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- connect, audit or change websites or accounts you're not authorised to manage;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or probe, scan or get around our security;
- overload or disrupt the Service, or use bots or scripts to extract our data beyond normal use of the dashboard;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its data, except as the White Label plan allows (section 11);
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- use the Service to publish spam, malware, or misleading or deceptive content; or
- use the Service in a way that breaks the terms of a connected third-party service, such as Google's.
If you contact businesses you find through Advertiser Intelligence or other research tools, you're responsible for following anti-spam and privacy laws, such as Australia's Spam Act 2003.
8.Third-party services
The Service works with services run by other companies, including Google, WordPress, Paddle, DataForSEO and Anthropic. Your use of a third-party service (such as Google Analytics or Search Console) is also governed by that company's terms. We're not responsible for third-party services, and if one of them changes, limits or withdraws what it offers, we may need to change or remove the features that depend on it.
9.SEO data and AI results
- Estimates. Search volumes, keyword difficulty, traffic estimates, rankings, cost-per-click figures, backlinks and similar data come from third-party sources and our own analysis. They're estimates, and they may differ from other tools and from what actually happens.
- No guaranteed results. Search engines decide rankings, so we can't promise any particular ranking, traffic or business result.
- AI suggestions. AI-generated titles, descriptions, analyses and reports can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before you rely on or publish them.
10.Your content and ours
- Your content is yours. You keep ownership of your websites' content, the settings and data you add to the Service, and the reports you create. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide and improve the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your reports. You can use and share reports you create in the Service, including with your clients.
- The Service is ours. We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, design, data compilations and the Crispy Bebek name and logo. While your account is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
- Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we can use them without owing you anything.
11.White Label plan
On the White Label plan, you can present the Service and its reports to your clients under your own business name, logo and domain. You're responsible for your relationship with your clients, including any terms, support and billing you provide to them, and for making sure their use of the Service follows these Terms. Any custom domain you use must be one you control, and you must not use the Crispy Bebek name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse your business.
12.Changes to the Service
We're always improving Crispy Bebek SEO, so features will change over time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free β for example, during maintenance or outages at our providers. If a change significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you can cancel first if you'd like.
13.Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (cancel any paid subscription first β see section 4).
- We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms, don't pay, put the Service or other users at risk (for example, through fraud or a security threat), repeatedly or seriously breach our acceptable use rules, or if the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we ever close the Service entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any payment for a period you won't be able to use.
- When your account is closed, your right to use the Service ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 9, 10, 14, 15, 16 and 18) continue to apply.
14.Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law, that can't lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, and our services aren't of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited (at our choice) to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
If you're outside Australia, nothing in these Terms affects the consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and that can't be excluded.
15.Liability
Subject to section 14, and to the extent the law allows:
- apart from what these Terms say, we don't make any other promises or warranties about the Service;
- we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, search rankings, traffic, data or goodwill;
- our total liability to you for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or AUD $100 if you haven't paid us anything); and
- our liability is reduced to the extent you caused or contributed to the loss β for example, by publishing changes without reviewing them or not keeping backups of your website.
These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, or to loss caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.
16.Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from any claim by a third party that arises from content you publish through the Service, websites or accounts you connect without authorisation, or your breach of these Terms β except to the extent the claim was caused by us.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and we'll change the βLast updatedβ date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated Terms apply.
18.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
If you have a problem, please email hello@crispybebekseo.com first. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before either of us takes it further.
19.General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and (for purchases) Paddle's Buyer Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If part doesn't apply. If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Transfer. You can't transfer your account or these Terms to someone else without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale or restructure of our business, and we'll tell you if we do.
- Events outside our control. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at our providers, natural disasters or internet failures.
- Notices. We'll send notices to your account's email address or show them in your dashboard. You can send notices to hello@crispybebekseo.com.
